Delete Your Data
Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
You can delete specific data from within the OutfitRec app at any time while keeping your account active:
Clothing Items & Images
- Go to the Closet tab.
- Tap on the item you want to remove.
- Tap Delete and confirm. The item and its image are permanently removed from our servers.
Saved Outfits
- Go to the Suggestions tab and open My Outfits.
- Open the outfit you want to delete.
- Tap Delete and confirm. The outfit and any associated feedback are permanently removed.
Calendar Entries
- Go to the Home tab and open your Outfit Calendar.
- Tap on the day entry you want to remove.
- Tap Delete and confirm. The diary log is permanently removed.
What Is Retained
When you delete specific data, the following are not affected:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your subscription status
- Aggregated usage counts (e.g., daily AI generation count)
- Anonymous analytics events
Delete Your Account (Full Deletion)
You can delete your OutfitRec account directly from the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the OutfitRec app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon in the bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Please note
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If your account is currently suspended, deletion may be delayed until the suspension period ends. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

| Account information | Email, user ID, and authentication credentials are deleted. |
| Clothing images | All uploaded photos are permanently removed from cloud storage. |
| Wardrobe items | All clothing item metadata (category, color, style, occasion) is deleted. |
| Outfits | All saved outfits, AI-generated combinations, and outfit feedback are deleted. |
| Calendar entries | All outfit diary logs are deleted. |
| Style preferences | Your Style DNA profile and all thumbs up/down feedback are deleted. |
| Usage data | AI generation counts, chat history, and analytics events are deleted. |
| Subscription | Your app data will be permanently deleted. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play to avoid continued billing. |
What Is Not Stored
OutfitRec does not retain the following after account deletion:
- Location data (only used in real time for weather, never stored on our servers)
- Server-side push notification tokens (OutfitRec currently uses local scheduled reminders and does not store push tokens on our servers)
Third-Party Data
Some data may exist in third-party services we use. Upon account deletion:
- Supabase — Account and stored images are deleted.
- RevenueCat — Subscription records may be retained per their data retention policy. You should cancel your subscription directly through your device's app store.
- Sentry — Diagnostic events may be retained according to Sentry retention settings. We remove email from Sentry user context and scrub common sensitive fields before sending events, but diagnostics may still include user ID, device, app, route, error, performance, and user-submitted bug report metadata.
